A Day With Girls

Another sunny day, if it keeps it up all summer i'll be happy boy. After a quiet saturday night i was hoping for an all day park session with the boys but everyone was still spinning from saturday, so ended up spending most of it as the only lad in a garden full of girls - Aoife was rocking some seriously crazy hair that day.

I did some pictures for a short film yesterday about BMX kids, they were cool little kids, one was only 9 and already a 5 time champion, he could have kicked my arse in a race.

I started a new project last night. I'm getting in to more portrait work at the moment and fancied doing some sort of street based project. These first pictures were from outside the War Magazine launch party at the end of fashion week.

Steranko

I've just been looking through loads of old pictures and have always liked these. They're of a band I've known since taking the pictures which was a couple of years ago. Steranko always seem to be on the brink of doing something big but always seem to be falling short somehow. They're the best live band I've ever seen and Lee Mangan- the front man is a force of nature.

I did this shoot before christmas with 3 amazing flatland riders. It's taken me ages to sort them out, got a bit sidetracked but i really like how they turned out.

Billingsgate Fish Market

I went to Billingsgate fish market a couple of weeks ago with a journalist mate to do some pictures for The Guardian, We had to get up at 5am but we met some right characters. It was well worth it.
